Black Rock's NZ Draught extract kit is a true representation of a beer enjoyed through many generations in New Zealand - the full malt draught beer.
This kit requires either 1kg of brewing sugar or dextrose (not included) however for best results we recommend adding a can of
Black Rock Light Malt Extract or even a
Black Rock Amber Malt Extract if you would prefer to infuse some caramel/toffee character. This beer also benefits from using an after-market yeast and we highly recommend
Safale US-05.
