Do you have a physical store?
No, we don't have a shop in the retail sense as we are an online business however if you are in the neighbourhood, we are only too happy to chat about brewing and beer!

Can we pick up our order from you?
Absolutely! We simply ask that when you place your order, you add a comment in the Notes field during checkout indicating when you are hoping to pickup so we can ensure someone is here or suggest an alternate day/time.

When will my order be ready?
We typically prepare your order in the evening of the day you place the order or make payment. If you have indicated an intended pickup date we will aim to fill your order the night before pickup to ensure your products are as fresh as possible.

Do you offer store credit?
Regrettably not. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch / collection.

I'm really interested in buying products that you don't have listed on the website, can you help?
We certainly can. We have supply arrangements with all New Zealand homebrew wholesalers and can invariably supply most products that you may find in other homebrew stores. Simply drop us a note - either here on the website or via email to sales@brewhub.co.nz and we'll do everything we can to assist.
