A wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English ale with a blend of four malts combined with two classic New Zealand hops. The beer pours an attractive reddish brown, with a cream coloured head and has a sweet, malt and hop aroma with a soft, malty, fruit and vinous palate that is both full flavoured and refreshing with a long, gently drying finish.
This recipe kit provides all the ingredients and the steps you need to take to make either a 23 or 25 Litre batch and assumes you have all equipment required to brew all grain beer. All recipe kits assume a brewhouse efficiency of 70%.
